PRECIOUS METAL FABRICATION

With a longstanding reputation of assisting our customers in the identification, selection and development of alloys suitable for medical devices based on your application’s requirements. We are able to collaborate with you to recommend precious metal alloys used in medical implants and devices. Platinum, Gold, Palladium, Silver and Tungsten based alloys are commonly used in medtech for their biocompatibility and inert properties. The processing of such delicate materials requires specialized techniques to yield fine wire, ribbon/strip/foil, or spheres. Our partner offers micro-stamped (progressive die & four slide) and cold-formed components from these materials to meet critical dimensions and mitigate raw material loss during the manufacturing process. When process efficiency and volume supply become important, semi and full automation may be deployed to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

SPECIALTY METALS & ALLOY DEVELOPMENT
