Founded in January 1992 by Rick Campo, West-Tech Materials has prided itself in maintaining the highest standards in technical service, sales support and ethical business practices.

Richard Campo - President: Rick holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York. His background includes over 20 years experience in engineering, development and sales of specialty materials & components for electronics and medical applications. Prior to starting West-Tech Materials, Rick was an engineer with Texas Instruments Metallurgical Materials Division where he held positions as Engineer, Business Development Specialist, Marketing Specialist and Sales Engineer. Rick's product development experience includes precious metals, specialty metals engineering, metal stamping, plastic insert and reel-to-reel molding, cold heading, precision machining, laser processing, soldering technology and chemical etching.

Enrique Gastelum - Southwest Sales Representative for Mexico and San Diego: Enrique is responsible for the engineering and sales activities for San Diego, CA; Arizona and all of Mexico. Enrique has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with over 17 years in product design, electronic assembly and manufacturing. He has hands-on experience in many aspects of electronic assembly, SMT processing, metals stamping and plastic injection molding. He has worked at a number of Maquiladora plants including Leviton/Levitec, Hughes Network Systems/ Baja Hughes, Rainbird Sprinklers, Comar Rotron de Mexico and Bourns CLM.

Romteen Youssefi, CSP - Sales Representative, So. California: Romteen joined West-Tech Materials in 2009 and is responsible for outside sales in Orange County, Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He has a BSBA degree from the University of California, Riverside and has experience in commercial & industrial sales.

Les Duman - Sales Representative, No. California: Les joined West-Tech Materials in 2010 and is based out of the Northern California office covering all of the Northern California area. His background includes over 25 years in Sales and Engineering within the medical device and electronics markets. Les had most recently spent 7 years with Peridot out of Pleasanton, CA where he was Sales & Market Development Manager. Prior to Peridot, Les held Sales and engineering positions with Scandic Springs out of San Leandro and Bell Industries, Precision Metalcrafts Division in Mountain View, CA. Les holds a Bachelors Degree from San Jose State University and has extensive manufacturing and technology experience that includes laser processing & assembly, metal stamping, machining, forging, injection molding and materials selection.

Lauri Stanton - Sales Representative, No. California: Lauri has over 20 years experience selling into the Medical and industrial markets. She specializes in the area of medical devices for both implant and non-implant applications.

Terry Moore –Sales Representative, Mid-West United States. Terry has been working 30 years with the U.S. Government specializing in the Military markets and commercial industrial markets. Terry's product development experience includes metal stamping, plastic insert and reel-to-reel molding, cold heading, precision machining and plating.

Janet Trom - Inside Sales Coordinator: Janet has been with West-Tech Materials since 1998 and provides professional customer service and sales assistance. Janet functions as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer to coordinate sales orders, address customer problems and to facilitate all communication and administrative functions.

Christi Cochran - Customer Service Specialist: Christi joined West-Tech Materials in 2004 to provide customer service, administrative duties and sales assistance. She has been specifically responsible for all customer service activities for Vascotube and Laserage Technologies. Christi also provides computer system updates and management for the Salesforce.com data base system.

Adolfo Gastelum - Technical Support, Mexico: Adolfo is recent engineering graduate of the Tijuana Technological Institute and provides technical assistant & support to customers in the Mexico area. He is involved in requesting and delivering of samples, requesting quotations and provides translation of literature and data sheets to customers. Adolfo has working experience as a Technician in SMT , Wave soldering, Testing and Injection molding processes.
